Pro Tools First to Pro Tools Intro

Hi,

I have PTF 2019.6 installed and maybe about 20 or so song projects. Is it possible to install Pro Tools Intro alongside it and import the projects into Pro Tools Intro?

I'm using Windows10....

Fair enough. I’ve nothing against trying bee stuff and learning. However, chord packs are akin to paint by numbers kiddy art sets. Sure, you can get a picture out of it but it’s never going to be...

That error message simply means that the templates you based your project on were not created with the same hardware. You can ignore that message.

Not sure why PT is closing after that though....

Hold the button N on your keyboard while launching pro tools. This will allow you to select the playback engine.

When you’re creating the project uncheck the backup to cloud option at the bottom of the dialog box. Try that.

On Windows you can configure the pad so that be tapping it it acts as if the mouse button has been clicked. When it’s configured (which is the default) this way I find that I constantly click things...
