I turned off the Input Delay Compensation on Apollo Console and the problem got solved.

I forgot to mention that I am not using any plugins. I go strait in to Input.

I have tried tracking guitar and microphone. Same issue

It finally works ...

The reason was the Oxford Plugins ... As soon as I removed them, everything worked just fine.

Anyway AVID's customer service sucks cause users helped me instead of AVID.

That is very interesting ... now you have all your plugins back to their original folder except Elastic Audio and Pro Tools works fine ?

I have tried anything you can imagine, with MBox, without MBox, with the old drivers, with the new drivers.

Nothing Helps ...

It crashes 3-4 seconds after it scans everything ... I don't think it's a plugin issue.
