I can't think why it wouldn't work, if you have the Mbox installed properly it shows up on your system audio configurations, and hence it should be available for any audio program you might...

As I mentioned, it happens on any session, regardless of the number of tracks. It happens on a session with just a single mono track, on 16-bit/44.1, and the exact same thing happens on a session...

Normally you'd pay for a single upgrade, install it on both computers and just move the iLok to whichever computer you're planning to use. That's what I did, anyway.
