Pre still supported?

Is the Digidesign Pre still being supported? Mine has the signal leds and the bottom range of the level meter flickering constantly.
Would like to know if it’s something that can be corrected....

So I’m pretty sure I know the answer to this already, but if a Core card basically locks up pro tools on startup, it’s toast, correct?

I was able to find an unregistered kit of Pro Tools 10, it’s registered in my name now, and the iLok license is in my account as well, but unfortunately it isn’t a HD license.
