... but not from Avid. If you can find a reseller who still has "reinstatement" codes, then yes, but "renewal" is not going to work unless the plan is already active (which it is not if you have PT9).

Then check your iLok license, if it does not have HD/Ultimate license obviously standard version will launch

Hi, welcome to the community.

First thing you need to check is the splash screen says Ultimate. Then go to Setup / IO and see if you have Surround paths available.

TM is great if you use it manually. F.ex let it backup during the night (manually, not sceduled) and manually restore the file you need

If some other DAW cannot export a mono file and you are certain the material is mono, just create two mono tracks, drag the "stereo" file to the two tracks, delete the original "stereo" track and one...

You can update your plugins. I have only seen this very rarely and every time it has been some plugin needing update. PT does not need to be fixed, just trying to help you find your problem plugin....

Does it happen without plugins on master fader? If plugin latency goes over ADC limit these things may happen.

Time Machine Restore and Migration Assassin are known to be a huge problem for PT, just do a clean install and report back. Remember, you need to back up your stuff manually then copy it back...

In case anyone is interested, my bounce markers is a track full of silence and a clip cut from that nonsense. Simple and sample accurate, can have as many as you wish. Never use PT markers.

Avid Download Center only has installers from 12.6 to current so you need to contact Avid Support.

I never use markers, for what it is worth. Impementation of markers in PT is nothing to brag about. Bouncing, I always select timeline for exact time I want to bounce.

Metering cannot be sample accurate by definition, because fastest displays have 360Hz refresh rate, which means every change the display can make takes 123 samples on 44.1kHz session.

Genelec 1031 was replaced with 8050 but in case you use subwoofer and do not want to destroy your hearing, ANY SIZE 8k model will give you same image over 80Hz so long as you stay 85-90dB SPL
