Hi, I also have the same problem. Recent Pro Tools 12 acquisition with "Pro Tools Plan" good up to 01/19/2018.

The only license package I have is "Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015...

If you read my post again, you'll see that I'm using a Digi001, so I CAN'T install Pro Tools 6.9cs3 (or anything above 6.4). So, how could I supposedly fix this bug?

I'll try the Pro Tools LE 6.4cs6 and cs9 patches and see if these cure the problem. I'll comment later.

Thank you for your input. But, no, the hard disks are working just fine. Cubase SX works perfectly in this setup. The problem is something else. Looks like some CPU or memory usage...

Thank you for your kind help! That's what I presumed, an "old" Pro Tools under OS9 would be a better choice (a proven system). I want a stable, reliable tool, not lots of features I won't ever use.

bussing comp? If you're talking about busses, yes, at least in Cubase SX 2 all busses, inserts, sends, MIDI tracks, virtual instruments, etc. are automatically compensated.
