This isn't an answer to your question, but it might help, maybe.........(have you ripped the audio from the CD to your hard drive?)

Hi.....try upping the DAE Buffer...(Setup > Playback Engine >DAE Buffer settings).......bump it up from 2 (default) to 4, to start with, and see if that stops the -9073 errors.......hope that works...

Most likely just a matter of comfort and preference. By using individual Pro Tool outputs, and monitoring through the SSL, of course you'll be able to interface with whatever outboard gear you have...

yep....transport control..........as far as controlling pro tools automation from an SSL 4000......don't know of any way to do that other than with a separate control surface.....C8, C24, ProControl,...

save yourself from the headache.....the B/W G3 was probably one of the worst computers to use with Pro Tools........nothing but problems...I had one for about a year.....it rarely ever worked...

also......check your I/O set up......reseat the Core and Farm cards..check that your TDM cable is connected properly across the Core card and Farm card..............make sure there aren't any bent...

I think 6.4/6.4.1 is approved for OS's 10.3.2 and 10.3.4 and not 10.3.8............I'm sure there are some systems that are working with OS's above 10.3.4.........probably less questionable if it...

use DISKWARRIOR version 3.xx for OSX.......not version 2.xx for OS 9......boot from the disk.....it will boot an OS 9.xx drive...it takes a few minutes.......99.9% of the time you should be able to...
