From what I know of Redrum sounds are accessed only through a few keys. Try moving your keyboard up or down some octaves.

Do you mean having it listed in the CoreAudio Setup-Supported Applications because iTunes is listed on there and that's what I wanted it to output. I have Reason 2.5 and it works through the 001....
