BlackMagic Decklink Issues - extended Desktop?

I work with a lot of 23.98 ProRes Files, and unfortunatly the Monitor is my bay isnt' compatible with 24p ProRes Files..

It does, but I would prefer to "QC" it in a different app. What concerns me is that I can't open the resulting file in QTPro, FCPro,Soundtrack etc many of those apps are fairly standard, and shoule...

I am seeing the same thing occur on my system with a BlackMagic card, using TV out set to 1280x720. I am not using "Video out PCIe".

Final Cut is Capturing a HDSR, then outputting a ProRes 422HQ.

However, from what I've discovered, other videos that are output from that file with different...

DVD- Archive - No.
FTP site - NO, delivered by various means, many come stuffed sitx. Many were created in house. Some can be seen just fine with FCPRO, QT etc et al, but cannot be seen by PT. ...

THanks, that's a handy app, but ultimately doesn't solve the issue for some of the more stubborn files. I'm trying to figure out what causes these corruptions. Anyone else have any ideas?
