Mine wasn't up until Nov but when I renewed yesterday to beat the increase my renew date also became April 2nd. I've reached out to support and they said they're looking into it.

Thank you Marianna. I did it and it does say in my account that my plan expires April 2025 instead of Nov 2025 for a PT Ultimate Perpetual Annual Updates + Support. Maybe it will update?

Well don't do it. I did it and it renewed my subscription to April 2025 instead of picking up at Nov 2024 and going to Nov 2025 which obviously I though it would do. I just paid $399 6 months ago....

If you have V5 then it will only check for V5. V6 is the latest. You'll have to go online to see details. I have V5 Standard and they offered a free upgrade to V6 Plus. Great deal.
