I can remember asking the PT’s guys from the store I bought my setup from about the ‘outlined waveforms’...so you’re not on your lonesome!

Go to drop down menu : ‘view’ then ‘waveforms’....deselect ‘outlines’...viola!

I'm having similar midi issues. Open a new template with VI's included and PT's 8 won't record midi info from keyboard. Have set midi channel to 'all' etc... but only work around seems to be closing...

If I try opening a session, PT's boots then stops and doesn't open the session data.I have to double click the 'session' icon again to complete the boot. Have searched the DUC and FAQ with no luck......

Yeah ,mine's the same and there's nothing worse than having sticky ends! All jokes aside,the arm rest and the two side end trims are as tacky as! I've also had to replace the power supply at my own...

Took the RNP,Mic's & cables to a friends HD based studio and the lot performed flawlessly,which makes me think the interconnecting cables between RNP and 001 line inputs 3 & 4 could have been poorly...
