Which version of pro tools are you using? PT 11 doesn't see Core and Accel cards.

I'm assuming you're using the S-MADI REAC Bridge? So it pulls the first 40 on the MADI stream?

I'm trying to figure out if the S-MADI REAC Bridge has a patch bay or matrix for assigning channels...

Wouldn't the graphic EQ merely attenuate by a certain amount of dB? They aren't actually removing those frequencies like a low pass filter would.

That happens on my system because of strain on the connection between my profile and the FOH rack. The end that goes into the front of the FOH rack has been kicked too many times (not by me).

Hmmm I just tested the "N" thing on my system and I was presented with a dialog to change playback engine. Although I'm running 10.3 HD with my iLock in, etc.

Ok completely guessing now.

Does pro tools still let you change the playback engine while booting up by holding the "N" key? I'm not by my machine and can check later...

AAX plugins aren't compatible with the currently available Venue systems. However, the new S3L system that will be released soon uses AAX.

New Venue Software with S3L

I noticed the product images on the S3L page show a widescreen display and it seems to show more channels along the bottom of the screen. Does anyone know if there will be a new version of Venue...
