Free PT8 upgrade : still no word from Digi

Hi,

I bought MBOX 2 with protools 7, 2 weeks ago.
I should receive an email from Digi with my free PT 8 upgrade info.

But still no word from Digi ; anyone experiencing the same thing ?

PT 7 sluggish .. ?

Hi there to all,

I found that when hitting spacebar to play, PT 7 reacts alittle slow.
Also , the song position line acts alittle shaky (graphically) when playing in PT 7.
Any suggestions how to...

I did indeed ran the digitest.
It showed no hardware problems of any kind.

I bought the audiomedia III card within a ToolBox XP package.
I assume the card is therefore up to date.
And why must I upgrade the card when it worked flawlessly ??

The option "INTERNAL SYNC' is enabled;
switching back and forth from external to internal doesn't make a difference.
SPDIF mirror on/of option doesn't make a differnce either.
I use a dual G4 533....

Since a couple of days the SPDIF OUT from my AMIII gives only digital clicks.
Any suggstions ? (hope it's not broken)
