hi guys...was thinking about purchasing an 888 interface to add to my hd rig (i record at 44 and 48 anyways...my question is: How many tracks can you record or transfer using the spdif on the 888?...

What does page 159 have to do with punch recording? What does page 457 have to do with snapshot automation? I think you have a different PT Reference manual than me....

everything has been running great...except the following features i have yet to find on protools
They are: auto punch in and out...does it...

I have the solution! I just purchased a hd 1 system with the midi I/O...and i ran into that problem.(aint it funny how they dont tell you these things before you spend $30,000?)
