The video suite is using FCP 3. I don't think this requires tech support necessarily as I have received OMFs with the correct info in the region.

This isn't going to help but... Fostex, when they made microphones wired pin 1 hot, in the late 70's JBL decided that black would be hot. What's with manufacturers heads when they pull that crap????

Are you saying that DW says it can't mount the drive onto the desktop even though it is really there? Sounds like a drive/driver circling the drain.
