So, I ended up taking off the top plate and realized that there are screws holding the plate from the inside. The strange thing was that there are couple of the screws that are IMPOSSIBLE to reach,...

@ Dave, I will try that out. Hopefully it works out. Only way I can see it happening, if there are screws inside holding the plate. I will be back with the update. Thanks :D
