Core Audio and aggregate devices are handled by the OS so if PT9 supports "core audio devices" then any such aggregate device should be available to PT.

Use save as to create an alternate version of the session file (ie v2, v3, etc). If you want to save the entire session (with all associated files) in a different folder, then use "Save copy in".
