Bouncing one track always drops out

I am bouncing one track and it always drops out around 1/3 through. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Tracks using Air Dynamic Delay are glitchy. Sometimes there are pops or the track drops out. My H/W Buffer size is 512 and the cache is set to 1 GB. Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.
