Same problems here. Nothing helps. I have tried to reinstall everything. Sometimes Xpand works, also. But most often big problems. I am looking for another brud and butter plug in, I can not trust...

I have dragged some of the Kontakt files on the desktop and I do not remember...

It is no problem with new sessions, I can locate the patches manually. But if I open old sessions, the right patches does not load. And I don´t know where to find or buy the "AVID VI...

Exactly the same problem here. (I have just bought a new Mac Pro and upgraded from PTHD8 to PTHD 10. This was never a problem with the old mac and PT8).

Hi! I found out!
The reason for my problem was that I use the same ilok on my macbook. The new HD system opened the ilok-license for the, formerly known as, "LE" system. So I transferred my license...

I think maybe it is because of the Trilogy and the Atmosphere. They cause Pro Tools crash (after PT 8 upgrade). I have just installed Trillian and Omnisphere.
Everything seems fine now!

I also get this: "illegal instruction" in thread "Main thread", at address 0xbfffd7b0 message when trying to open RTAS plug ins.

Pro Tools crash after this message and I have to reopen PT.

What I have to do is to search in finder, see where the files appears (In what Hard disk, folder etc) , then go to Import Audio in Pro Tools, find the same folder and import.
Puh, but I can find...

I search audio files, from several sound libraries, but no files appears in the "regions in current file"-window. Only in the "name"-window.
I have to find the right folder in the right library to...

I also use Sibelius. Sometimes I convert midifiles from Pro Tools and editing from there, sometimes I arrange/compose from Sibelius. Very good program, excellent usergroup.
