yo
if you had an audio click track instead of midi, then you can use beat detective to manually add a user defined amount of swing. do it to one bar of click...then repeat it. good-luck.

does anyone here boot from a firewire drive on a regular basis? and if so...is it reliable? any conflicts? etc...?
it's a 9.2.2 system with protools 5.1 mix.

i think tron solved it...hit "command + equals" to toggle b/n main windows. this sounds like your problem...not sure though. you didn't give us much info to work with.

i get great results with beat detective...most of the time i get done within 2 hours. it takes a little work to make sure there aren't clicks and pops or missing transients, but i find beat det....

sometimes when editing or comping, i like to rename the track with a nice asterisk or other symbol before consolidating the track. that way it makes a new audio file that's easy to find. like...all...

one thing i've noticed in consolidating is that on edits, even if there isn't a pop or click, they can show up in the consolidated file. THAT is freakin annoying. sometimes it's necessary to send...

i think the way it works is that any program that runs in OSX automatically utilizes the dual processors. it's built into the OS.

doesn't fed-ex have a box you can check that says "cash only"...which means no cashier's checks or money orders. maybe that's UPS or USPS, but i would think that this would have solved this...

i've never used the mbox, but it seems you have the right idea. plug the LEFT output of your source into the # 1 input of the mbox and the RIGHT output into the # 2 input. then, in protools, create...
