Yes. Upon further research. The Yamaha Controller is setup in the Peripherals Enable window in Pro Tools. Ports 1-8. The Axiom is also using port 1 and 2. If I remove the Yamaha ports in Reason ...

Ok I found the issue. The midi thru has to be checked or PT will not see incoming midi signal.
