Ah, I see! Avid may need to reset your Cloud Storage to fix the issue. Note that this process will wipe out all projects in the Cloud Storage. I suggest exporting projects per track as back up....

Sorry about that. once the projects are not visible in the Dashboard, it won't be opened anymore. Those projects should've been synced with the cloud to be able to re-open them in the future on any...

Seems that your Cloud storage plan has expired. Click on the Change my Cloud plan link on your Avid Account to reactivate.

There was an issue with previous versions where projects gets removed when disconnected to internet and has been fixed on...

Agree.. Are you able to see this on your end? Not sure how he arrived with it. I only get this when trying to apply/change fade curves.
