So instead of PT being digi hardware dependent it's now m-audio hardware dependent?
I'd rather pay $500 for the PT software and have the choice to use "ANY" audio hardware i wish.

Does the digi 001 show up in OSX Core audio?
If so then it should show up in DP.
In DP go to: Setup/Configure Audio System/Configure Hardware and select it there.
If not then maybe an uninstall &...

I use Digi Core Audio 6.5.2 and 6.7 on seperate partitions with DP 4.51 and mbox.
2 problems i have is that buffer settings lower than 512 are not available, never has been
and network activity...

I recently discovered that under 10.3.7 while monitoring itunes thru my mbox
any network activity via airport or ethernet would cause extremely loud white noise bursts
and itunes would cease...

I recently installed a demo of the Ren Maxx bundle & the Transform bundle.
I noticed the ren maxx bundle installed "WaveShell-DAE 4.0_X"
while the transform bundle installed "WaveShell-DAE 4.3_X"...

I can't seem to import tracks from cd while using core audio 1.2. itunes4 just freezes.
Seems the mbox won't be good for anything but ptle,
guess i'll have to buy a motu 828mkII for full...

Core Audio & iTunes 4 Issue

I've noticed that the repeat functions in itunes 4
don't seem to work under when mbox is selected
as the output source.
Works fine when using internal sound.
Anyone else have this problem?

iTunes 4 & Mbox Problem

iTunes 4 & mbox not playing nice together.
itunes freezes when mbox is selected as output,
but if i open itunes first, start playing a track then select
mbox as output it will work until i stop...

Why is it 512 is as low as the core audio driver
will allow?

Hey digi,
not everyone buying the mbox intends to use it with
protools! If protools is required to fully take advantage of the mbox, this should be made known to consumers.

not for protools le.

When can we expect to have a complete core audio driver? (Mbox SPDIF capability?)
If it can be implemented in PTle 6 why not core audio?

PT6 Tibook Problem?

Installed PT6 on my tibook 800DVI today.
Opened the PT6LE Demo project, everything seemed
to work fine.
I closed the project, and quit PT6.
Now whenever i try to open PT6 i get the following ...
