Re: Happy with your mbox2? No? me too!

You say you own a MacBook 2GHz, but it only has 512MB RAM? According to the Apple website, that model currently ships with 1GB RAM:

Re: Has anybody tried PT with the new iMacs yet?

Neither will Logic Audio or Digital Performer. All will require universal binaries.

Re: DigiSupport - PLEASE ADDRESS ERROR -9073 ASAP!

Whoa, what seems to have been lost in all of this is that you are trying to use an unsupported system.

The reason is pretty obvious from your first post in this thread:

You're running an...

Re: protools HD and protools LE

Much discussion here:

The general consensus after years of blind testing overwhelmingly suggests that there is no difference in the "sound" of...

Re: Mac OS X \'Tiger\' compatibility information.

Wow. How stupid do you have to be to think that they don't want to have Tiger compatibility for business reasons?

Re: Mac OS X \'Tiger\' compatibility information.

I see your point. If you go to the Support (http://www.digidesign.com/support/) section, you've only got a 1 in 8 chance of clicking on the right button. Not very good odds.

I don't know that, but I also don't consider "fully OSX Native" to be easily defined. I don't particularly care how the code is written, as long as it works.
And I was only commenting on the...

Re: Getting fed up..

If you have a G4 and you installed 6.2.2 on it, then you didn't read the instructions. 6.2.2 is an interim release for HD on G5 only, and only for people that have no choice but to use Panther.
