This is insane. This software is completely un-useable. I'm new to Pro Tools but what is the most efficient way to report an obvious software failure? I have 3 projects, none of them I can access....

I am having this same issue. Windows 10 running on a surface pro. I recently downloaded this software and compiled an entire song. Now I can not access anything from the cloud.
