I do have PTHD11 as well and i found it under my PTHD, but why not under my non HD version, i paid for PT 11 there to, i really don't understand this?

They really need to come up with something special for HD/HDX users, the offer announced is a slap in the face, W´ll properly sell our HD/HDX if they´re not come up with something hot :confused:

I´ve believe it or not nine interfaces at our school with exact the same problem, can not use them anymore, atlas until avid do something about it. So had to buy other interface for keeping the class...

Hi all

Ever since we upgraded to PT10 we have had a lot of trouble with our students user account, as an administrator i´ve no problem to operate beside Xpand2 off cause.

So all our computers...

Some of our Mbox3 died recently

We have alot of workstations are for no reason, i think the last year we have about 5 or 6 that don't work anymore, i cant figure out whats happen with them?

Thanks for replying. If avid website had been more userfriendly i may have found what to do, not even the reseller of my system neu how to solve this issue, so anyway, update what? where can i read...

Just bought 11PTHD/upgrade, but?

It cant find my HD16x16 interface, but PT10 does. so it must be an issue with PT11.
I did a clean install with a fresh hard disc for eliminate anything else, so PT10 find the interface as before but...
