I would buy HDX and 11 just for the sake of no-more-blast. That thing really kills you and your client.

I'm not talking about download or installation problem.
Download ~ install went fine.
It's just that it doesn't authorize with my license which is v5 purchased about a year ago.

yeah sorry about the lack of info.
I'm just too stuck with this PT10 giving me too much trouble.
really shuts off your creativity when errors keep stopping playback.

Lexicon224 triggers the 9172 error as well.
Almost 100% of the times...

I have recently updated my UAD to 6.5.2 and using the new LA-2A plugs quite a lot.
Now I get those 917X errors when I put the new LA-2A on screen.

I just uninstalled PT10 and installed PT8.
No problem.

Yes.
[Mixer.aaxplugin] in the Avid folder as well.

Does anybody know what this "DSP Mixer plug-in" supposed to mean?

The problem is on my second system which is HD2 Accel on OS10.6.7 [MacPro 2x2.66 Dual]
This second system used to run PT8...

McDSP AAXs (Analog Channel, Compressor Bank) causes CPU overload in my 10.3 HD Native system.
It seems to happen when they're on screen and when I'm changing parameters.

Even after re-installing Chrome, those fonts and 'recovered files' folder aren't appearing any more.

I have the exact same fonts showing up in the 'recovered files' folder every time I boot up.
I don't have MS Office or any kind of office suite installed.
Very weird indeed.

I tried the Strike Pref Installer, but for the first few tries it didn't work.
When you activate Pref Installer, you'll be asked to enter the Admin password in...
