I am having the same issue, I just upgraded to an i7 and now I cant even record my guitars or anything!! :(
It is fine on Mac.. I used my mbox 2 on an i5 the other day to record some vocals.....

Why are is my MBOX 2 sounding all glitchy and crackly ever since I upgraded to an i7 2600K?

I have tried the new drivers they work!! until I go to record vocals or a guitar it just comes through...

The only thing is when I have my mbox powered up the drivers don't show up in this section, only when the mbox is powered on do they show up..

Should I just uninstall...

Hey Guys

Is there a way or app like pro tools nuke that deletes all audio drivers from your computer? I am having alot of trouble trying to delete the Avid Mbox Family Driver from my computer.

I have tried these drivers on windows 7, they work, but when using ableton the visuals look all jerky.. I use my computers inbuilt motherboard sound card and it looks fine!

I am using the Asio Driver. When I try to install a older driver such 7.0 it says that I have 8.0 installed. But the 8.0 driver is not compatible with ableton live or cubase for some reason....
