i've upgraded to 6.1.11 and used it for a few days
the shutdown problem (pc never turns off) seems to be gone, even tough I got a BSOD once while shutting down

I'm here for the same reason as all of you.

Avid acquires some m-audio product. Then releases a firmware that bricks it. No way to go back.

I cannot believe this is legal and there is nothing...
