Yeah accidently dropped it and the knob caught on the desk I think, but I saved it before it hit the ground.

Well here it is...not sure how to actually remove the pot housing..(20mm shaft length when clicked out, code/part no. 05C5K)damn thing seems to be soldered onto the board.

yes, i have already reached out to some authorized repairers...but just to clarify...what is the exact specs of the alternate replacement shaft / knob ??

Yes correct the shaft and knob has broken and it is a pull pot ie clicks in and out as well

Thanks for the replies .....it is the volume knob and insert for one of the input channels on the front. I can turn it with pliers but this is pain. I dont understand why avid support doesn't reply,...

So i have lined up the tracks properly, but there seems to be a timing issue between the tracks...i recorded/sampled the tracks at 120 bpm....should i try quantize in protools, time stretch...not...
