No. Being able to lock out certain tools is a much requested feature but so far it has fallen on deaf ears at AVID.

They don't really do feature requests from the user base.

I've had it top right of the edit window for years. It is (was) a great spot for it. I have spent a long time optimising my screen real estate.

It is possible to stretch and squeeze. But drifts like this are rarely continuous and tend to ebb and flow. You maybe want to do the squeeze as a guide for yourself as "Roughly right" version. But...

Getting Clip FX to "engage" seems to be the problem. Once they're on they seem to stay on. But sometimes they take a little while or a few attempts to attach to the clip.

Video files is all that I reference there, not home directory or VIs or session files.

This may be screaming into the wind. But could we set up a feature request section of this message board?

I know that we're meant to use the AVID Link but it's hopeless. It's unusable. It's DOA....
