no workaround for this issue

just disable Spaces when using pro tools

the problem the problem was resolved changing the port where i plug my mbox. it seems that the left port is more stable.

maybe a plugin is creating you problems

did you try opening your session while you press the SHIFT button (open session with all plugins inactive) ?

what version of Protools are you using?

i think that 8.0.1 resolves that issue (a delay in the video when you are using the digi hardware as system output device )

to copy and paste a plugin setting (using the keyboard shortcut ) the Target button must be active
audiosuite plugins don't have a target button

the same is for LE and HD
