MIDI IN doesn't work in PT, only in THRU mode

Hello! In my Pro Tools 2019.12 ther's no MIDI workin on Instrument track. If I enable THRU mode there is working but with long latency. What's goping on? I have RME Fireface UC as MIDI interface....

- full uninstall of current PT and HD Driver (manually deleting Wave Cache, Pro Tools Prefs and other..)

I tried one more time to download 2019.12 installer. There's no icuin62.dll file. In the 2020.5 installer it's present.

So I guess that only way is to install 2020.5 installer now or...try to copy...

Wait.. Something is wrong.

There is no icuin62.dll in Pro Tools 2019.12 unzipped installer, but... there is icuin62.dll in 2020.5 installer but.. I have 2019.12 installed.


How is it possible...

Yes. My Pro Tools is installed always to C: drive.

I have checked it. There is no icuin62.dll file in Pro Tools path. There is no DLL file n extracted installer path (why???). Attached screenshot...

I don't think, without iLok1 there is the same too. First alert is always when Pro Tools loading "BF-76 plugin", next on "Maxim" and "Lo-Fi" (AAX). Maybe I should try to move these plugins to...

I do fragmentation average once a month, especially for J: drive when are sessions and for drives with sample libraries (Komplete, BFD).

I have separate drive for system (common with PT installed), separate for programs, separate for libraries and separate for sessions. You think that it's not good? I always thought, that performance...
