service pack 3 update question

On one of my recording setups I'm still using Protools 7.1 LE with the Mbox2 on Windows XP.
There was an update for "service pack 3" that I have never allowed to download.

kpbs import/recording PT LE

I use protools 7.1 LE at 2 home studios one with digi002 the other with MBox2.

When I export an audio .wav file from Reason or other soft synths at 44.1K, 24 bit the file reads Bit Rate 2116...

ok my system is mainly for just Protools LE (Mbox2) and all things music related, such as soft synths etc...

I read somewhere you take the amount of gig lets say 2 gig...

I'll be sure now to take the paging file off of my audio drive and set it "fixed" in my c drive.

My set up.

c: hard drive = 250gb (7200 rpm)
x: audio drive = 500gb (7200 rpm)

2 gig RAM
My paging file set up goes like this

C: [hard drive] 20mb-20mb
X: [audio drive] 3068-3068
