V3 was RTAS and AAX because at the time PT wasn't fully 64bit. Only PT 11 is fully 64bit, AAX plugs will work but only at 32bit up tip PT 10

I think this might be related to an RTAS vs AAX issue. Can you see a list of Arturia plug ins within /Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins/Arturia/

But to carry the 8 extra ins into pro tools from the Octopre, only adat can do that, and if I'm having 8 channels of src over adat is it not best to then clock via the bnc to avoid...
