So I think I worked it out this might help others if run into same issue. Its actually ridiculous! :confused:

After Reinstall of PTF and reinstall of Xpand!2 still have the same issue so went into the logs again and at the end of the Pro Tools Log;

Im looking at permission for this and also the file path..

So Im having big issues with PTF and not a great intro to the world of PT both on Windows10 and mac OS. I would like to focus on the macOS as that is my main system for other DAWs.

I agree also, had it on Windows 10 i5 16GB ram never got it stable always moaning or crashing or not even starting. I recently tried it on my OSX machine i5 16GB ram, complete waste of time, same...

All software has bugs, Pro Tools Included. Pro-Tools-Release-Notes (http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/ReadMe/Pro-Tools-2018-3-Release-Notes)

Same here constant startup issues and technical BS
Only app on my setup that moans every time about something. I wont start most of the time so I give up on it. Dont think il upgrade at all as this...
