If I'm right.

They are in order and come pre fader. So 1 to 5 (or whatever pro tools 8 is).
The master fader however comes post fader. so be careful if you write automation to the master fader it...

I just dug out my old paper work, turns out i got my 003 on the 25th of september. if only it had been delayed another 6 days i would of got a free update to 7.4
