I found the plug-in that was causing MC to crash on start-up
Opens now, but still hangs up on plug-in AMPIPluginDSM.avx for a while but eventually opens.
I will check out the FB page....

Thanks for your input, I think I will keep Sonoma, all my plug-ins work and it never crashed while in protools, just when I quit the program, it does the same for logic. I am sure eventually this...

Yes that's what I want,, I am only doing it this way because it is a practice session with just myself, and I want to record an exercise and be able to play it back right away...
