Do you also have the driver installed for the Micro USB that ships with the Avid KeyStudio bundle? This will need to be plugged into your computer to run Pro Tools SE.

Pro Tools SE can be installed on your current Windows PC and later on a new Mac. As long as the hardware device is plugged into the computer you wish to use, Pro Tools SE will run.

Pro Tools SE includes support for one video track. As long as you use a QuickTime-supported format for the video you will be able to import it into Pro Tools SE.

Glad you are enjoying Pro Tools SE! The instruments are all based on the Pro Tools Creative Collection instruments that ship with Pro Tools 8 and 9. Many of these do use the Xpand2 engine.

I am pleased to hear that this issue appears to have been resolved. Pro Tools SE can use a significant amount of a machines resources so closing unused applications is certainly a help.
