I definitely see that now. This is my first real experience with an Anti-Virus program giving me this kind of grief. I still have some production in Cubase SX and all of the sudden McAfee updated...

It seemed like I would never have the same Pro Tools I've always with these LONG launch times. I kept thinking that this wasn't happening with McAfee (I still don't advise McAfee for good...

Just to let you know...as an M-Powered user...m-audio.com is just important as for drivers as digidesign.com is for everything else. A lot of what Digidesign has to offer us M-Powered users depends...

My computer has the EXACT same specs as yours. It gets no better than Pro Tools M-Powerd. Of course some LE and HD users might beg to differ. M-Audio interfaces are really good with Pro Tools. ...

I don't know about Home Basic, but Home Premium Vista and higher loves Pro Tools.

Pro Tools M-Powered usually will say that when other applications are open. Make sure EVERYTHING is closed then try. If it doesn't work, restart the computer without opening up ANYTHING, BUT PRO...
