strike upgrade not available for candian customers?

I tried to buy the strike 1.5 upgrade today. Got the ole "enter your zip code, even though you have a postal code routine". so that didn't work so i contacted sweet water, and gave them my details...

Does it matter that the system drive spins at 5400?
Its the audio drives spinning at 7200 that count the most right?

I have the same issue as well. Seems to only play propely when you start the entire song over...and even then its hit and miss.

I think i found out what my problem is (amongst others)...

I think my fills weren't triggering properlly becuase the parts within the fill patterns may not have been positioned...
