Pro Tools | Carbon no longer comes with a license that will switch states between Subscription and Perpetual (parachute).

It is a Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual license,...

So while the Pro Tools Perpetual Parachute was a cool idea, it was (obviously) complicated in practice.

So as of today, ALL new Carbon activations will come with Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual...
