Yep. Had the exact same issue with overheating the sync HD. Had to take it out of the rack and have it sit on its own and the problem went away.

Just to say as far as I'm aware you need to have delay comp switched off completely on the recorder not just on indivudual tracks. Realistically you cannot run any plugins on that machine. Not sure...

Yes it looks like you may have volume automation on your FX master Auxillary. If its the track volume underneath the last fx track in your video it looks like its turned up to +12db.

First off check the sync of your system. Put a 2 pop on each of your Original DME source tracks and print it through your mix to your stem tracks and check that it is in sync and not coming through...
