I found a link to support. I dont think it is the correct department as it says "web store issues" and I bought the plan from an online music store on a download card. But I will try it.

I opened the iLok app and looked and it is listed as expired (there are two listed, I assume one is the support plan and one is the upgrade plan). I righted clicked and hit refresh...

I guess I was overly optimistic in my last post thinking the re-install fixed it for me. App manager still crashing on start up. Hopefully there will be a fix/update to it soon.

Thanks for the reply. I have no problem force quitting it the issue is it crashing "unexpectedly quitting" every time I boot up my Mac. I uninstalled it and downloaded from the link in another post...
