Perhaps a silly Q. Did you try reseating the card. Does it have to go in PCIe slot 1. Could you try in in another slot. I know nothing other than than computers are quirky and stupid (Give me tape!)....

I'm pretty sure the one activation is for your ilok. Then install/reinstall is not limited. I have intentionally wiped my drive and reinstalled a few times over the years. I doubt this has changed...

Thanks, I will give it a try later today when in the studio. Can I do that without initializing/opening the plugin? If not, PTHD will crash when I attempt it.
