I use a pair of "Fostex 6301 B"s. I LOVE them. They're clean, loud and crystal clear. I just bought a pair on eBay for $249.

I've had that problem for years with my Mbox. It seems to happen after a fresh boot. All I do is unplug the USB cable on the back of the Mbox and plug it back in. Then, relaunch Pro Tools. ...

I haven't run into any compatibility issues. It's actually removed a few minor (possibly unrelated) issues. 6.9, in my opinion had a bug in it that would leave little sync points all over the edit...
