I think you've answered the issue though. I'm selecting too short an amount of audio and not allowing for the delay...

Mine appears to be intermittent insofar as after a period of use the low latency monitoring operates normally. I haven 't been able to identify what triggers the LLM between working and not working....

I've installed the latest 003 drivers for pro tools 11 so I don't think that's the issue.
