The TDK disks that are recommended by Yamaha at the time of release of the drive were green, Now they are blue, Obviously a diferent type of disk, and no longer consistent with the type of disk...

Check you dont have it set to the same ID as any of your internal devices as MLCD does not recognise that the mac has 2 SCSI busses.

Careful with those adapters they are quite long so put a lot of stress on the HDI-45 connector, and can damage the motherboard arround that area> I've seen a few 6100's with light blue monitors...

This feature is only available on stand alone CD recorders and the only MLCD compatible unit I know of is the Studer D741 which is quite an expensive unit

Peronally for me it depends on the size of run, If its just the standard 3CD (master, safety, and listening copy) run I'll burn at 2X as writing the image file actually takes longer, if the run...

Most effects dont even know what time it is , and the ones that do dont need...

Im running MLCD 1.4 with the Yamaha CDR400TX, (which is a 400T in a box,) an have never had any problems, so whats all this about V2.01,required is there a bug in 2.0? cos 1.4 was OK.

I'm shooting in the dark a bit here but I would assume that certain manufacturers of in car CD players get up to various tricks to achive playback in this almost impossible environment and as factory...
