IMNSHO Dynamic plugin processing likely never actually helps and may occasionally cause problems. Just turn it off.

What sample rate and IO Buffer size are you running at? How large do you have to make the IO buffer size until this stops happening? (without knowing the buffer size we can't guess if you are running...

Start simple

Start with a one mono audio-track session with Eleven II inserted on the track. No Aux.

Delay compensation will not matter in that case... there is no plugin delay with the Eleven...

Uh not sure what you have been using before but the Avid 7-band EQ does not show a spectrum display. It only shows a gain/response curve you can manipulate.
