It looks like the license is on my ilok account. I can launch PT now...

But it goes thru this cycle of ilok nonsense and I hit quit on each one and in the end it crashes.

How do you explain that ilok manager comes during PT launch asking for plug ins that I don't have installed? It's a mystery to me. It must be reading old stuff from my ilok. But why?

PT user since Digidesign days. Then HDX then HD native but I took a 6 year break now from PT used live and Logic exclusively.

After updating a computer from 10.9.5 to High Sierra we get nothing but beachball when opening Audio Midi Setup. Trahsed prefs and all Midi Drivers. No Change. No DAW opens.

Any thoughts on what...

Yep! It's quite amazing and now the integration with MAX. Being able to modulate any parameter of any plug in with a MAX Step Sequencer or LFO = WOW!

Just tried to log on and see if I can quickly renew the damn plan - can't even find an option where you can do that quickly and easily. So eff it, I gotta move forward here. Third Party Plug ins it...

A lot of the plug ins in the AVID folder come up like this. So somehow they must be linked to my subscription level. Quite a crappy move AVID.

Thanks, I have the latest ilk manager and here is the crazy thing - I don't even see licenses for Revibe, Pro Limiter etc etc on there. Like they are just gone!

I recently made the giant leap from PTHD3 8 to PT12HD (using an antelope audio interface so core audio).

I just dragged a movie file that I exported from imovie into Protools - PT can't...

Figured it out - somehow the Goliath snuck into the aggregate audio. Once deleted we had sound on input.

Just tried to simply play an outboard synth (no midi) live into Protools...I see the meter going but no sound - but when I record it to a track I get a waveform and once I stop...

Me too, HD3 2*192 and my Delta...

But this is 2016 and I can buy the Antelope Orion 32+ + Mp32 - 32 ins and out plus 32 remote controlled mic pres for $5k!! And that's not crappy cheap gear.
